Mushroom Mattar
Ingredients:
1/2 lbs. mushroom
1/2 cup boiled mattar
1 large onion
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 large tomatoes
1 TBS oil
Method:
 | Wash mushrooms. Slice finely. Slice onion finely. |
 | Heat oil and add turmeric powder and onion. |
 | Fry until golden brown. |
 | Add the sliced tomatoes and cook for 3-5 minutes with stirring. |
 | Add mushrooms, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. |
 | Pour in serving dish and serve hot.
