Mushroom Mattar

Ingredients:

1/2 lbs. mushroom
1/2 cup boiled mattar
1 large onion
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 large tomatoes
1 TBS oil

Method:

Wash mushrooms. Slice finely. Slice onion finely.
Heat oil and add turmeric powder and onion.
Fry until golden brown.
Add the sliced tomatoes and cook for 3-5 minutes with stirring.
Add mushrooms, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Pour in serving dish and serve hot.

                                        This goes well with naan or pullao or Bread.
