Cream of Mattar Paneerby Namita

| 1 tbs butter 2 red onions 1/2 cup tomato puree 1 tsp garlic paste 1/2 packet frozen peas (about 1 cup) 1 tsp ginger paste 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1-1/2 cup heavy cream salt to taste pepper to taste |

| Heat butter in a pan. Put garlic & ginger paste and stir for 2 minutes. Put finely chopped onions and stir till golden brown. | |
| Add tomato puree and cook for about 4-5 minutes. | |
| Add turmeric powder, salt, pepper, & garam masala and mix all of them. | |
| Pour heavy cream to the above mixture and stir constantly till the mixture leaves the surface of the pan. | |
| Cut paneer into desired size cubes and fry them at high flame and cool it for few minutes. | |
| In meantime, add peas (mattar) to the gravy and cook for few minutes. Add fried panner to the above. Pour it in serving dish and garnish with green coriander & little bit of cream. |
