| Take paneer, baking powder & flour in a bowl and beat them until soften. | |
| Make small balls and deep fry at high flame, and keep aside. Heat 4 tbs oil in a pan and put chopped onion and fry until golden brown. | |
| Add ginger-garlic paste to the above and mix. | |
| Grind cashew & khas-khas and mix it to the above. Add tomato sauce and cook
for 5 minutes. Add turmeric powder, salt, sugar and 3/4 cup of water. Cook for 10 minutes. | |
| Leave 2 tbs cream aside and add rest to the above gravy. Add garam masala and mix well. Pour gravy in serving pan. When ready to server, add fried paneer balls to the gravy and garnish with rest of the cream and coriander leaves. |
