Methi Aloo(Fenugreek Potato)

Ingredients:

fresh fenugreek leaves
3 potatoes
Cumin seeds
2 tbs oil
1 green chili
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
red chili powder
Salt to taste

Method

Finely cut and the wash the methi leaves.
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Heat the oil the pan, add the cumin seeds .
Add the potatoes, salt, green chili . cook till the potatoes are cooked. keep stirring so that potatoes don't brown.
After the potatoes are cooked add the methi leaves . Add all the other ingredients.
cook for about 5 minutes.
Serve hot.

This goes well with chapatis.
