Ingredients:

6 cups Potatoes, Snakegourd, lady's finger, banana and drumstick all together
8 Red Chills
1 Piece Turmeric
1/2 tsp. Cumin seeds
1 cup Curd
2 oz. Coconut Oil
1 cup Sliced Onions
3 cup Grated Coconut
1 to 2 Green Chilies
3 sprigs Curry Leaves
Salt to Taste

Method:

Cut all the vegetables into pieces of equal size.
Take two cups of coconut milk from the grated coconut by mixing it with one and half cups of water.
Wash the vegetable pieces and put in a pan, with onions and coconut milk. Boil it well.
Grind turmeric and red chilies and mix with salt water.
Slit the green chilies and add it to the vegetable pieces along with the ground masala mixed in salted water. Stir well and cook with pan covered till they are done.
Grind coarsely one cup of grated coconut and cumin seed and mix it with one cup curd
(not very sour) and add to the vegetables. Let it boil. Stir and remove from fire.
Crush the curry leaves and put it in coconut oil and add to the Avial.
