Sweet Corn Soup

Ingredients:

Cooked sweet corn (cream style) 1 cup
Spring onion 2 nos.
Beans 8-10 nos.
Carrot  1 small
Mushrooms 3-4 nos.
Ajinomoto  a pinch
White pepper  ½ tsp.
Cornflower  2 tbsp.
Sugar 2 tsp.
Butter 1 lb.
Salt To taste

Method:

Cut mushrooms, carrot, beans and spring onions with greens finely.
Heat butter in a pan, add onions, stir a while then add the corn and a cup of water.
Add Ajinomoto, sugar, salt, pepper. Mix cornflower with half a cup of water and bring to a boil.
Just before serving put onion greens, carrot, mushrooms and beans
Serve hot.
