Mix Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
Tomatoes, chopped 4 nos.
Cabbage, chopped 2 tbsp.
Capsicum, chopped 2 tbsp.
Onion, chopped 2 tbsp.
Bay leaves 2 nos.
Oil 2 tsp.
Salt and pepper To taste |

Method
 | Heat the oil and fry the onions for 1 minute. |
| 2.Add the tomatoes, cabbage, capsicum, bay leaves and 6 teacups of boiling water
and boil for 5 minutes. |
| Add salt and pepper and serve hot. |
