Cream Cheese frostingby Namita

| Mix flour and 1/4 cup of milk in a small sauce pan & blend together into smooth paste. | |
| Slowly, add remaining milk and beat until smooth. | |
| Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly so that mixture becomes like a thick paste. | |
| Cover and cool in refrigerator. | |
| When cool, scoop mixture into large bowl. Blend fruit sweetener, Neufchatel & margarine into thickened mixture and beat with electric mixer. | |
| Stir in vanilla. | |
| Spread on cake or cookies. |
