Cream Cheese frosting

Ingredients:

1/3 cup flour
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp. margarine
2/3 cup fruit sweetener
2 tsp vanilla
1/3 low-fat Neufchatel (softened)

Method:

Mix flour and 1/4 cup of milk in a small sauce pan & blend together into smooth paste. 
Slowly, add remaining milk and beat until smooth. 
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly so that mixture becomes like a thick paste.
Cover and cool in refrigerator.
When cool, scoop mixture into large bowl. Blend fruit sweetener, Neufchatel & margarine into thickened mixture and beat with electric mixer.
Stir in vanilla. 
Spread on cake or cookies.
