Bombay Chutney

Ingredients:

1 onion
1 potato
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tbs urad dal
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp tamarind paste
2 green chillies
3 tbs gram flour
salt to taste
1 1/2 tbs cooking oil

Method:

Take oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds & urad dal.
After mustard seeds starts splattering, put chillies and finely cut onions and cook till golden brown.
Add cut potatoes, salt & 2 tbs of water and cook.
Mix separately gram flour in water (blend) and add to the above mixture and boil on low flame.
Serve hot.                

This Goes well with cutlets & pakodas.
