Coconut Chutney
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 tbs channa dal
2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp tamarind paste
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
pinch of hing
1 tsp oil
4-5 curry leaves
salt to taste
1/2" - 3/4" ginger
3 green chillies |

Method:
 | Roast channa dal until golden brown. |
 | Grind channa dal, coconut, chillies, ginger, cumin seeds, tamarind in a
blender. |
 | Heat oil in a small pan and add hing, mustard seeds, curry leaves & pour
hot over the above mixture. |
This Goes well with any South Indian Dishes and Snacks
