Astrological indications for the Stock market in the Year 2000.

As we approach the year 2000, the word "Y2K" is on everyone's lips? What will be the impact? Will there be a computer glitch? No one seems to have a clear answer.

Here Astrology seems to hold the Key. As we enter the new year Jupiter which was in retrogression since October 1999 becomes direct in motion. Saturn which is in retrogression since September will continue to be in retrogression until January 15,2000.

Sun and Mercury will be conjunct Kethu, Neptune and Uranus in the sign of Capricorn which is the 8th house reckoned from Gemini the sign which rules the U.S.A. This indicates that the "Y2K" fears are likely to come true to a large extent and market is likely to become nervous.

The situation is likely to become bad to worse in the second week of January as there is a Lunar eclipse due to take place on January 21. Closely following this a partial solar eclipse is due on February 5. Both the eclipses are likely to have marked bearish effect on the market. It is very likely that the market will undergo a major correction in the second week of February.

The months of March and April are likely to be bullish as Mars enters Aries by the middle of March and stays there until April 25. During March and April some major world event is likely to cause marked bullish trends in the market.

The lunation chart for April and Solar ingress chart for Sun's entry into Aries all indicate continuation of bullish trends. The stock market is likely to recover lost ground fully and get into record territory in the months of May and June. Three eclipses are due in the month of July.

Partial Solar eclipse is due on July 1
Total Lunar eclipse is due on July 16,
Partial Solar eclipse is due on July 31.

Due to these eclipses the market is likely to get very bullish in the months of August and September. The Dow Jones index in these months are likely to reach record levels. Saturn will become retrograde in the middle of September and Jupiter will become retrograde on October 1.

These two planets will continue to be retrograde until the end of this year. Due to these retrogression of Jupiter and Saturn bearish trends are likely to set in . A major correction to the market is indicated in the month of October and November. The bearish trends are likely to continue until the end of this year.
